RAYMOND C. WILLIAMS was born in 1945. He attended Millikin University, receiving a Bachelor's degree in Music Education in 1966. In 1973, he obtained his Master's degree from the University of Miami. Ray graduated from the University of Illinois School of Law in 1980. He is a member of the Peoria County and Illinois State Bar Associations, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Estate Planning Council of Central Illinois, Peoria County Bar Association Real Property Committee, Peoria County Bar Association Court and Procedures Committee - Probate Division, and a former Board Member of the Peoria Symphony Orchestra.
